Stop by our retail store for something delicious for the family, for a dinner party, or for a quick turn on the grill. We've got lots of different products for you to choose from, all wholesome and so tasty!

Open Mon- Fri 8 am to 5 pm, and Sat. 8 am to noon.

Our store is situated at the front of our processing plant, and most of the meat cuts are pre-packed and frozen for your shopping convenience. We do have some fresh items available, although the variety changes quite often. And if you don't see a product that you're interested in, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We offer a 10% military discount on retail items.

Owner Dave Ellicott has a list of his favorites, which include a selection of smoked or cured meats, and you can purchase them anytime. We offer individual cuts of meat, as well as economical meat bundles.  We are USDA inspected, offering high quality meat that's full of flavor.
