Lamb and Goat Harvesting and Processing
We schedule our lamb and goat harvests on Thursdays, and typically cut lambs on the following Monday.
Please provide cutting instructions within 24 hours of harvest. See the sidebar for processing guide information.

Standard Harvest --$30.00
Standard cutting (per head; vacuum packaged only) -- $80.00
We need cutting orders on Hogs, Lambs and Goats within 24 hours of drop off. If we do not receive your cut order within this time a standard cut will apply.
We will gladly hold your order for one week after notification. After that time, you will begin accruing weekly storage fees. Orders not picked up within the first 7 days will be charged the following: $20 whether it's 1/2 or whole. The storage fee will be charged each week after the first initial week. If you are unable to pick up within the first 7 days, please contact us so we can work with you.
We will gladly hold your order for one week after notification. After that, a storage charge will be assessed at $1.00 per box per week.
Forms of payment accepted on processing are debit cards, checks or cash.
