At Innovative Foods, our mission is to provide safe, wholesome, high quality meat products and by-products from humanely raised livestock provided by local and regional family farms and ranches.

About Us
Innovative Foods Custom Meat Processing is owned and operated by Dave and Tami Ellicott, both of whom have an extensive background in the meat business.
Dave Ellicott
Dave’s interest in meats started early, while working for the local locker during high school. At Colorado State University he was a member of the Meats Judging Team while earning a B.S. in Animal Science.
Throughout his career, his experiences shaped his passions and the business he co-owns today. His background includes Fresh Meat Procurement for King Soopers and Branded Beef Program development.
Tami Ellicott
Tami’s wide-ranging business experience is the engine for the quality customer service you receive. She manages the front of the plant and is typically the first face or voice you encounter. She expertly handles business operations, customer service, cutting instructions, retail front, and whatever else comes her way.
Dave and Tami began Innovative Foods in 2005 in Denver, processing for food service and restaurants.This was the start of developing business relationships, prior to the purchase of their own processing facility in Evans, CO in 2007.
Innovative Foods Today
Over time, the business has grown and changed tremendously, but a few things remain constant: It is our goal to be the best in the business. We consistently strive to put out high quality products, matched with excellent customer service.
And we believe in the value of family – from family farmers and ranchers who bring us their livestock to process, to our customers, to our own family.
Our Employees
We are proud to say we have several employees who have been with us since the plant opened in 2007.
Andrew Allman manages the processing floor and crew, and runs the meat cutting saw.
